BBQ Chicken Nachos

A few weeks ago, I was craving a new version of nachos - so I tried BBQ Chicken Nachos.  Although I wasn't a fan with how much was required for the cheese sauce (I've since learned I could have used jarred cheese sauce), it was still enjoyed by all.  It can be as spicy as you like or as cheesy as your lil heart desires (no pun intended) --- so try it out, I don't think you will be disappointed.
